Dean of the Faculty and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs 9:10 Plenary: Engaging Undergraduates in the Community of Learners – in STEM and Beyond (Frick Center, Founders Lounge) Marina Micari, Associate Director of the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching. Dr. Micari is the Director of the Searle Center's undergraduate programs. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and French from Grinnell College, an M.A. in Communication and a Ph.D. in Education, both from the University of Minnesota. She also teaches in the Learning and Organizational Change Program in Northwestern's School of Education and Social Policy.
